Victims get victimized again: social media as a tool to defeat claims
When people file lawsuits because they have been harmed by the negligence of another, the injured person often gets victimized again because the defendant has a right to see if there are other things causing the suffering besides the negligence. This is an unfortunate reality that heaps more harm on the person already suffering.
